The primary focus of the exercise is to review 'Product Development' and 'Customer Service' and any other mainstream functions in India together with the essential back office support functions of HR, IT & Facilities, having a major bearing on the mainstream areas with the objective of understanding
- Operational Gaps & Efficiencies,
- Scale Bottlenecks and,
- Current and Future Risks .
The exercise goes over significant observations of what's working well, gaps, as well as the opportunities & recommendations for improvements and scale.
Deliverables: 'Operations Review Report' comprising of -
- Report on Deep Dive Findings, Discussion around each Finding and Specific Recommendations
- Current & Future Risks & Challenges
- Executive debriefing session around the Full Report.
Approach: 5-Day onsite review, providing face-face time with the local functional leadership, examining data points and records revealing dominant operational patterns across each function.
